Nationally recognized Exercise Physiologist and Health Coach with over two decades of experience helping thousands of older adults enhance their mobility, vitality, and independence. Since 2004, Kevin has worked across a broad spectrum of abilities, goals, and learning styles—empowering seniors to move with purpose and age on their own terms.

Teaching people about the modifiable risk factors to prevent overall decline and dementia.

My mission is to improve your health, wellness, and ability to actively age by preventing decline.

I am the Wellness Director at Preventing Decline as well as the referring Exercise Physiologist for the Excellence in Audiology network of offices throughout the country who provide their patients with holistic hearlthcare. Every day at these offices, I contribute to patients learning more about preventing decline through the pillars of:
